Step 1: Prepare Your Template
Before exporting, ensure your template is ready. Start with a starter template or create your own and complete with placeholders for dynamic data (e.g., {first_name}

).
Navigate to the template settings and enable the batch export option.

Step 2: Organize Your Data
Batch processing requires a structured data source, such as CSV files, Contain rows of data matching your placeholders. Ensure your data source fields align with the placeholders in your template for a smooth integration.
Step 3: Configure Batch Processing
Import your CSV file and Map Fields, matching data source columns to template placeholders to ensure accurate alignment.
Step 4: Generate and Export
Once setup is complete, proceed with document generation:
- Start Batch Creation: Select your data source and template. Uhuu will generate a document for each data row.
- Track Progress: Monitor the process via the Uhuu dashboard and address any errors in real-time.
- Export Options:
- Download documents as an Files Excel for easy data handling.
- Merge and export all documents as a single Merged PDF for streamlined printing.
Batch Export Modified Documents
Easily update document data and selectively export. For instance, change the event date in the payload, then batch export using the updated document.
